"We were late coming in from Beijing and they ran out of the single rooms. They just put use each in a suite without batting an eye lid! Great service; I was impressed that even the restaurant waitresses were attentive to the guest needs even when we weren’t asking. We were having a bit of difficulty with the chopsticks on the lamb ribs and the next moment I know, a pair of fork and knife was place in front of me. Great service!"

"Horrible experience. From the rude staff, the long checking process, no english at all, the room that smelled like an hash tray although I specifically asked for non-smoking room, no apologies for the issue, and a new room that had trashes, hairs in the bathroom, stains all around, and still a cigarette smell. So disappointing this is even listed on hotel.com "

"We had a lovely stay. The room was quite comfortable, although the bed was a little too soft. The hotel is very well maintained and clean. There's a shopping mall just a 5-minute walk from the hotel that has lots of great restaurant choices. The subway is close, and it's also very convenient to get a taxi. Great swimming pool. Excellent shower in the room as well. I would stay at the Hilton again. "
