« My stay was fine . But utilities/staff cleaning (12$ total ) is not apart of the price when booked an paid for . They basically don’t tell you this cause it’s in fine print (no bad to the employees there it’s management that hides behind them making the rules ) So add 12$ to whatever your final bill total is . That’s the real price , and no refunds if you decide against it Other than that . Everything was fine . And good fast free WiFi »

« Not the worst hotel I’ve seen, but we paid extra to go to a hotel that had breakfast and a pool and the pool was out of order, but had no particular reason why and couldn’t get a straight answer. We had booked a king bed, but then they gave us two queens. When we asked them to change us to a King, they gave us a very musty smelling room that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. The breakfast was very old and lukewarm. Then the next morning at 6 AM housekeeping knocked on our door and...

« I arrived and we could not check in. We came back hours later and were keyed in by staff. It was not until the next day we had our own keys. They then overcharged me. I have called them three times and still have not received a refund or response from the manager. »

« Was in town for some concerts at Fishers Event Center. Location was awesome,5 minute drive to the venue. Front desk was excellent. Rooms were fine. Breakfast was extremely basic. They really should put a clean ice bucket in every room. There’s just a stack by the first floor ice machine. After pulling one it had hair in it, the next one had mold. Dirty water in another. They were all dirty. »
