« L'hôtel refuse de me donner une facture au motif que jai réservé via une tierce partie Expedia=hotels.com mais pourtant je paye sur place. Hotels.com me dit que c'est l’hôtel qui doit me la fournir. Pas même de reçu possible dans l'application hotels.com dans ce cas là. « (I was told they should be getting a remodel in about a year from this posting as of 6/29/2026.) We were visiting family, so we didn't visit the restaurant or bar at all, but I've heard it's good though. The staff were all friendly and helpful and gave out free, warm, walnut chocolate chip cookies whenever asked for. They have an "Incidentals" hold of $50 in case you want something from the lobby or elsewhere in the hotel. The selection was ok for convenient things to purchase in the lobby. The...
