"Breakfast was decent for a hotel. Staff was wonderful. Hotel room was a bit dirty, huge stain on my mattress, brown stain on towel and hair throughout on the floor. Chair by window was also broken and had a odd smell."

"All good, just need better instructions on where to check in. There's nothing indicating you have to go yo the 13th floor. I arrived at 2am and called several times, no one answered. I only got the information from other guest that happened to arrive 20 minutes after me. 20 minutes can feel like an eternity when there's no good signal and no staff around."

"Deadlock didn’t work, no hairdryer in room but was quickly remedied, no facial tissue, one trash can only in bathroom, limited outlets and the one picture on the wall was framed with duct tape. Pillows were terrible- lumpy. Tissue on the floor under the sink in the bathroom upon our arrival. "

"Nice clean hotel. A bit older looking but in good shape and it smelled clean. Great & friendly service, close to the Airport and downtown charlotte. "
