« Top notch from the get go. The young lady at the desk was helpful and personable. Check-in was effortless. The room was very clean and well kept. 2 Free drinks at happy hour and a free breakfast buffet can't be beat at this price. All the staff seemed well trained and had customer service as their focus. Quick access, either walking or driving, to the bath-house row and to several restaurants. I will definitely be staying here again if I go to Hot Springs. »

« The room was clean except the carpet was nasty and there was trash right outside our balcony »

« The property was in a good location in relation to the airport. Gated parking was a great addition! The property was a bit dated but overall not bad for a 1 night stay »

« Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Only negative for us was the open shower concept (I was cold when I showered), which is a personal preference/opinion, I like a door on my shower. Location had walkable bites to eat, and their rooftop bar was a nice drinks and light bites with a view at night. We would for sure stay there again. »

« We were there for a softball tournament and both ball parks were just minutes away. Breakfast was good. Room was okay. We requested a handicap room, mainly for the shower. There wasn't enough counter space in the whole room. The bed was too low but it was comfortable. Air conditioning was great. They staff was very friendly and helpful. We won't request a handicap room again but we would definitely stay there again. »

« Excellent hotel. Super clean. Great location and friendly staff. We’ll definitely stay here again. »
