"We did mostly enjoy our stay. First off, all the staff that we met were pleasant and helpful, so that is most important. As far as our room goes, it was clean, but the toilet seat was super low as was the shower head. The room was not built for tallish people. We also didn't realize how close to the highway it was, so there is a lot of road noise. The free breakfast was pretty good, and the staff person that ran the breakfast was very friendly and efficient."

"Really convenient to UMass campus and Amherst. Rooms and bathrooms were large but note that walls are very thin. Luckily our neighbors were considerate! Breakfast had good options. Only con was that Fox News was blaring through breakfast which made a bad start to the day."

"It’s across the street from the basketball hall of fame which is convenient & about 11 minutes from Six Flags. The hotel itself was clean and the breakfast had make your own waffles which kids loved. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Bad thing was the location. VERY bad area. Lots of homeless drug users. "
