"This hotel is very centrally located. Staff are excellent and food far above average for Addis. Rooms are standard except all the materials are high quality (not always case in Addis)."

"Roaches (bugs). No Shower towels. (Had to ask for towels in the room for 2 hours.) This is a 2 star Motel faking as a 3 star Hotel. Very loud with the location. Thin walls and road round about do not mix. Use earplugs just to sleep."

"The front desk employees and the manager are the worst i ever seen. The rooms are bad and no hot water in the room to shower. Food is bad. They advertise that they have a shuttle but they don't send any one to pick you up from the airport. I had to pay money and take a taxi to the hotel where i stayed only 1 day. Wat a disgusting place and managers. I don't know how this hotel got 4 star!"

"The hotel is on a busy road and not particularly well laid out but any short comings are made up by the very friendly staff particularly Selamawit Minase and her colleague Sisay who were a credit to the hotel."
