« Probably the most peaceful place I've stayed. Great location for a visit to Mesa Verde. Off the main road enough to not get any traffic sounds. Tiny home has everything you need and hosts communication was great. »

« We loved our stay at the Laughing Coyote. If you are looking for quiet and solitude, this is the place. The cabin was comfy and had everything we needed. We explored the MANY trails around the area and fell more in love with the western side of the San Juans. Helpful info to know: you are 38 miles (1 hour drive) from Dolores on dirt roads. The roads to/from Rico are not as maintained so the drive is over an hour. The distance didn't bother us, since the views are breathtaking either direction....

« I haven't seen stars like that since I was a kid on the farm. The place is so nice you forget you're in a teepee. Saw a family of deer moments after arriving and archery and axe throwing was a great way to stretch our legs after a long drive. »

« Quiet, serene location with lots of beautiful trees and river frontage. The cabin was unique and perfectly maintained. We enjoyed watching little chipmunks and lots of birds from the spacious windows facing the river. We hope to return someday. »

« We made so many joyful family memories in this beautiful mountain setting! We were 17 adults and six very young children, and the house accommodated the whole group in charming, rustic comfort. We enjoyed four full days of hiking and fishing on the extended property; lounging and chatting on the deck; gathering for games, singing and meals; finding quiet spaces to read or nap.
