"I stayed here for business and had a good experience overall. My only suggestion is that the staff could benefit from a bit more training to enhance guest satisfaction. Otherwise, everything was fine during my stay"
"My prepaid reservation was not honored on arrival, as the property claimed they do not recognize Expedia bookings. I had to request a refund through Expedia and pay again at the hotel—at nearly double the price, which was very frustrating and misleading.
The resort is still not fully ready, with very limited food options (only two places), although the food itself was good. Staff do not speak English, making communication difficult.
The room with a private outdoor jacuzzi was enjoyable, but overall there is very little to do. Service is slow (it can take up to an hour just to get ice), and the beach area is basic, not clean, and feels more like a public beach.
The pool shown in photos is misleadingly located far from the main property. Overall, the experience did not match expectations."
"The hotel is exceptionally clean and very well maintained, which immediately creates a comfortable and reassuring atmosphere. Its location is excellent—conveniently situated close to everything, making it ideal for both short and extended stays.
One of the standout features was the pillows—they were truly outstanding, offering superb comfort and quality. I even asked if I could purchase them, but unfortunately, they were not available for sale.
On the downside, the hotel does not have a spa, and the pool is relatively small, which may be a consideration for guests looking for more extensive leisure facilities.
That said, the food is excellent, with high-quality offerings that enhance the overall experience.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for business travelers. It provides everything needed for a comfortable, efficient, and enjoyable stay."
"Probably the best hotel in Abidjan. Great design, very clean and well-maintained and reasonable amenities. The food at the Bistrot was also very good, although really dear by Abidjan standards. Staff could be better trained to align with a real 5-star rating. Some
of them seem unhappy being there. Service was OK - not excellent. All that being said, probably still one of the best places to stay at in Abidjan."
"This hotel was very and well maintained, the staff were friendly and very welcoming, even when I asked for help, they sent someone to take care of the situation within minutes. I really appreciate them for their hospitality and kindness they showed me and friends that came to visit."
