« Loved our stay »

« Hôtel daté, les couloirs sont en tres mauvais état. La chambre que nous avions n’a rien à voir avec les photos. Nous avons eu une très petite chambre (originellement pour une personne vu ta tête de lit qui restait pour une personne malgré un petit lit double). Le petit déjeuner était assez pauvre également. »

« Hôtel qui mériterait un petit rafraîchissement mais dans l'ensemble qui se prête parfaitement à un séjour de quelques jours. Le personnel est au petit soin, ce qui joue clairement en faveur de notre appréciation. La demi pension est correcte, les repas changent tous les soirs et sont assez variés. »

« Check-in was very easy as I was able to do a self check-in. There was a member of staff on reception, if needed. My room (single) was compact, but had everything I needed and was perfectly clean. Any staff member I came into contact with was very friendly and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay - thank you! »

« Great beachfront location, right in front of the beach and close to local amenities. However, the rooms (standard rooms) need updating, especially the shower and toilet, which felt outdated. Staff were friendly, but the hotel would benefit from refurbishment. »

« Lovely hotel but a bit 'tired '. Some toiletries left on top of the shower from previous room guests. Biscuits in the room would be a nice touch. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was excellent catering for all needs. Parking could have been signposted better. Access to hotel from the carpark was up a precarious set of steps, especially if carrying luggage. Les installations de spa sont excellentes et les horaires d’ouverture / fermeture sont très accueillants pour les lève-tôt et les soirées de détente après une journée chargée. L'emplacement est parfait pour le front de mer et les zones commerçantes. Parking indispensable à Llandudno! Je reviendrai. »
