"This was arranged for a short term stay for an oversees coworker while they found a long-term rental. Fridge wasn't working so lost 200 worth of groceries, vacuum didn't work, shower screens are hazy and couch lumpy. Power went out, due to no fault of the property, but was just another issue. When I initially went to bring some supplies prior to their arrival, there was a can in the backyard with cigarette butts that I needed to get rid of. "The property was in an excellent location for our needs. The fact that the pool and spa were unavailable at short notice for reasons that didn’t make much sense. The WIFI wasn’t very fast and often just used mobile data through my phone. The heater that was supplied in the lounge room was very loud. "
