« Nice large property on a beautiful piece of land. Very easy check in and the easiest check out process out there. The house was clean and aired out, no musty smells! Kitchen very well equipped, beds were comfortable and spaces were large and airy. We loved the pool. It was the BEST part of the stay! I'd stay here again hands down. »

« Our stay at Pavones Point was perfect! The location is right at the top point of Pavones surf break. Walk right across the road and paddle out…or walk a little down to the right for a bit less intense wave. The condo was clean and spacious…had everything we needed. Clean towels, comfortable beds, coffee maker, toaster, blender. No salt or pepper and no trays if you plan on making bacon or roasting anything. And no full length mirrors but the location makes up for that! »

« Our experience in this amazing house in this special place in Pavones exceeded the expectations of all 8 friends who were there. We enjoyed the contact with nature, the pool that is always very well looked after, the ice bath and the table tennis court, in addition to the other comforts it offers. « We really enjoyed our stay with JD. The property is beautiful and peaceful and in a great location . The room was clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen was fully equipped, and the bathroom set up was one of the nicest I’ve seen in Costa Rica. « It is a beautiful home right on the coast. We woke up to the sounds of birds and the waves crashing on the rocks. During the day we saw macaws and spider monkeys in the trees in front of the house. "Nous avons passé un excellent séjour,nous étions avec notre fille de 25 ans et une de ses amies , nous avons adoré l'endroit qui est très nature , accès à l'immense et magnifique plage preciosa, l'hôtel est installé au milieu d'un parc , une expérience hors du commun... La nourriture est délicieuse et variée ,preparée avec soin par Stuart et Jenny. Stuart est charmant et a un très bon relationnel avec ses clients. J'ai juste regretté de ne pas pouvoir vraiment échanger avec lui car mon anglais est limité, heureusement les filles ont communiqué... Nous sommes restés 3 nuits du 11 au 14 mars dernier et je recommande vivement cet endroit exceptionnel ambiance familiale et chaleureuse.. "
