"The host couldn’t have been more helpful. He allowed an early check in, made sure the ac was going, showed us around the property, and gave us recommendations for restaurants and sites to see. The property is extremely well maintained and it was nice and quiet when we were there. Be sure to read what amenities are provided (I didn’t) as there are no toiletries provided in the bathroom. Fortunately, I always have some in my luggage. The price is very reasonable and we will stay again if we are in...

"The breakfast doesn’t compare to other Choice hotels I have stayed at over the past 2 decades. The staff is nice to converse with but lacking in the tasks and amenities you might expect. Not a bad stay overall"

"Clean room, friendly staff"

"Stayed twice. Not top grade but clean. Very friendly staff. Great for what you need if you need a place to lay your head after fishing all day. Love the area because it’s small town and the fishing is good."

"Great stay"

"Clean, convenient, excellent breakfast, considerate and pleasant staff."

"Rooms were clean and the A/C worked great The staff were fantastic. I would recommend and would stay here again"

"Hotel was Accommodating, rooms were clean, check in and out was easy. No complaints, pricing was great especially for our family of 7"

"The room was clean and the AC was excellent. If you are looking for a budgetary no frills place to stay for a night or two for just yourself, this is the perfect place."

"For a bay town motel it was very nice!"

"We were in Port O'Conner on business, we stayed on night. It was an older motel but you could see that they were trying to keep it in tip top shape. They had new microwaves, refrigerators, and mini splits. Close to the beach that we got to enjoy. We were pleased and would consider staying again."

"the kitchen staff was very helpful with replacing breakfast items as needed, the pool was great, housekeeping was excellent too!"

"Great place to stay."

"Roaches were everywhere. Tub peeling, trash still in room upon arriving, room stunk ,housekeeping wakes you up at 9:30 to see “if you’re staying “ which they should have that information and not bother if one overnighted stay. No pool lights for evening even though they have pool hours til 9pm. So no go on that. Overall I understand why we were LITERALLY the only ones there. Had I know the roaches were so bad I wouldn’t pick it up! Had to leave my clothes and bags in car due to them."

"My family and I had a wonderful time at Magnolia beach and the home we stayed at made it even more enjoyable. It was very clean and I will definitely book again "

"Truly enjoyed this spot. Felt like we were in our own world."

"It was a wonderful place to stay and not far from the beach at all. "
