"The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom lacked a napkin and towel stand for clean towels instead of them on the bed or sink. A robe hanger or towel rack, for easier retrieval of the towel after a shower would have been nice. I didn’t care too much for a black shower bottom. I prefer white for identification of mold or mildew. Transportation can be very expensive on the island. Going into Road Town the main hub, 3-4 miles away from Nanny Cay was $20. The taxis charge per person and not distance. I paid around that amount for 9 miles with Uber and two or three others could have joined me. The hotel could think about having a shuttle service for the guest going to and from Road Town. The taxi tariff should be visible for guest to see. Food at Omar’s restaurant was good. It was convenient to have a supermarket in the complex."

"The room was a perfect well designed one bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchenette. The view is phenomenal! Sunsets are not to be missed. The restraunt meals were the best we had on the island!! Staff was exceptional with great recommendations and joyful interactions."

"Sugar Mill was beyond my expectations. They have the friendliest staff and fantastic food. We were two couples who rented two King size bedrooms with ocean views. Some notable staff were Jean our dinner waitress. She was so lovely and helpful with her suggestions, Destiny, and Estephany were pleasant as well. At the beach bar Carlos our bartender was the man!! Awesome attitude and made drinks to our specifications. Also, Mariasol and Chantel. These ladies were friendly and helpful. Andrea and her husband are running a wonderful operation Great service!! We will return!"

A special shout-out to Asher, the general manager, who made our stay even more memorable. His hospitality was top-notch, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to experience such exceptional service, and Asher’s attention to detail made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, we loved everything about our stay at Coconut Breeze Villas. The combination of incredible accommodations, unbeatable location, and outstanding service made it a vacation we will never forget. "Everyone and everything was great. The food not so much. Room service was a crap shoot. Sometimes food showed up hot. Other times it was 2 hours and not hot. Breakfast and the service was always good. Dinner wasn’t. No coffee shop no ice cream. It’s a 35dollar cab ride one way to Roadtown. However we’d go back. The pool was beautiful. The beach amazing. Quiet. Warm water."

"It was a great stay. Staff and food was wonderful. Very relaxing place. They had music entertainment and bingo. Felt clean. Shower floor tile would be my only draw back. Needs replacing. Beautiful blue waters. Easy walks to beaches. Doc the bartender was top notch. Cora and Nikki were the best waitresses. Fish tacos are a must. They have happy hour. Breakfast should be the eggs Benedict. Just saying!"
