"We made arrangements for the hotel to pick up at at airport, Upon arrival, no one was there... we called multiple times, no answer. Finally a Man the airport was able to reach someone who walked over to the hotel and told them we were waiting. 45 minutes later someone finally arrived. Surprisingly when we checked in we were upgraded to a Waterfront front room, and offered a late check out when we were leaving..... rough start but, this more than made up for it. "WOW! The price we paid for this room is outrageous! This place is terrible. I'd file a complaint to get my money back if possible. Doesn't look ANYTHING like the pics. We were the ONLY people staying at the hotel. It was like out of a bad horror movie. No phone, no TV, no amenities. It was basically a roof over our heads for almost $400 per night!! "

"Have been a few times now and the place is pretty run down and certainly no value for money. Rooms a big and even have a kitchenette. But they are really dated and the bathroom is substandard. My room was on the 2nd floor and my shower only had a drizzle as no water pressure. No hot water either. Overall, disappointing for that prize. "
