"BIG PROBLEM! I have stayed at Hotel du Port many times and love the hotel. However, the hotel did not honor my Hotels.com reservation; they explained that They are no longer accepting any reservations through online companies. I was informed that I will need to get a reimbursement from Hotels.com. since Hotels.com already charged me for night, but apparently never paid the hotel. So I was forced to pay for the night, directly to the hotel, after Hotels.com already took my money. I paid twice...

"I stayed here for my birthday. It’s a beautiful well maintained hotel. The staff are all great. There is a surprising lack of hooks to hang up towels in the bathroom, only one hook so it’s impossible to reuse towels even though that is encouraged for environmental reasons.
