« Clean Room, Breakfast buffet has over 50 items, Great Staff. »

« Chambre propre »

« Above all, what makes up the hotel, ist its highly professional staff. »

« Everything was fine. The restaurants inside the hotel are very good. The Quattro is the restaurant where you can order pizzas among many good dishes. The pizzas are prepared on the Neapolitan style (round pizza typically prepared in the Italian city of Naples and characterised by a soft, thin dough with high edges and fresh toppings). They are really good, probably best pizzas in town. »

« Booked room 1 month prior but while the time of checkin the rooms weren’t available! Our check in was at 11 or 12 but we came around 1 only but still rooms weren’t ready and we had to wait for longer period. We booked 7 rooms where as they gave only 2-3 room keys around 2 and 3pm and they gave rest keys around 5 pm only! Very worst management »

« The hotel is near MG road, very well centered the lobby is great, rooms could be having a refreshing paint job , I recommend +++ »

« With the notable exception of Mohamed the concierge and a handful of other staff members whose names I do not have, I was treated with a range of prurient curiosity to obvious disdain. It was clear I wasn’t welcome which is very surprising in a luxury property. The ladies at the check-in desks were notably either too junior to help or downright agressive and rude. What a shame as the grounds, food and spa services are excellent and live up to the property’s reputation. »

« Great hotel and great staff, very helpful and efficient »

« The property was clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was good. But the only issue I had was the WiFi was not working properly in the room I was staying. Even after informing the management about the issue it wasn’t fixed. Other than that I had an overall good experience and service. »

« Air conditioning and mini fridge didn’t work properly »

« Hotel Marriot business classique »
