"Loved our stay at Hacienda Encantada! The property is designed to keep with retro Mexican style but has all the modern amenities. Staff are cheerful & friendly. We got all inclusive & ate on the resort for most meals & found the food excellent."

"Expect to have a Credit Card with you everywhere you go they prefer Credit Card not a debit card. The Resort is non cash so you must pay with card. The Beach at the resort is non swimmable so don't expect to swim in the beach. The jacuzzi closed by 7:30-8 so we weren't able to enjoy it after our activities. Other than the amenities the resort was a beautiful stay but wish we knew what we know now I would have booked else where especially if your trying to enjoy the beach."
