"This 5-star hotel is located in Algiers Center, with parks and museums (Bardo, Antique & Islamic Art) in walking distance. Taxis are easy to arrange. My room had a great view over the white city and the Mediterranean. The hotel offers a nice variety of dining options, indoor and outdoor. I like in particular the photo gallery of famous visitors and the beautiful botanical garden. "

"Esperienza deludente, anche se da circa un anno mi reco ad Oran per lavoro. Non sono un igienista, anzi, facendo vita da cantiere credo di avere il pelo abbastanza cresciuto ma le condizioni dell'albergo Montparnasse sono davvero da segnalare affinchè possano essere "limitate" certe esperienze. Ho scelto l'hotel Montparnasse perchè tra i pochi disponibili a Orano nelle date del mio soggiorno, era quello che accettava il pagamento con carta di credito American Express, cosa invece non vera...

"Ac was not working in our room. Front desk said they would send a technician but they never did. Other than that the facility was okay! I wouldn’t say it should be a 5 start I would give it a 4 or 3 star. Breakfast had some weird selections, wasn’t very edible. "

"Stale room, camphor smells, the water from the water tap and in the cistern was blood red with rust. I ran the water for a long time it remained orange. When I told the staff they were indifferent. I asked for a refund and the receptionist said he would have to check with the manager, who he had to call. When i returned to the reception, the receptionist had left the building. Very poor. This hotel should be removed from you listings."

"Great hotel! The location is excellent very central, so it is easy to visit many areas. The view on the Bay of Algiers is beautiful. The hotel is modern comfortable and very clean. The staff are professional and friendly. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. We are also very grateful because when one of us got injured, the staff looked after him with much care and provided thorough kind assistance. We will come back."

"Very good putting in consideration the quality comparison of what you can find in Algeria. When booking online you are paying almost twice the price real price due to big difference in official currency exchange rate and the market rate. Room service/ cleaning should be improved as they are not always to the hotel general quality. Breakfast is not bad but need more supervision to check coffee machines and dishes."
