"The property did a great job of providing the schedule for the airport shuttle. The directions were easy to follow as we navigated from Arrivals to the pick-up point. The airport shuttle service was prompt to and from the airport. The evening staff were very attentive at check-in and check-out. Prasaud ensured that we had an easy check-in and check-out. At check-in, he explained the dining options for the buffet breakfast and dinner. We took the buffet breakfast and one dinner. The dining staff were friendly. They made sure that we had our breakfast beverages on our table by the time we selected our food from the buffet. The omelette bar was a welcomed surprise in the buffet. The young lady who made the omelette was very friendly. She made tasty omelettes based on my requirements. At dinner, the chef was very accommodating and made a meal for me because the available options contained foods that I am allergic to. The Mini Mart shopkeeper was very helpful and had the items that I needed. The bar staff were friendly. The Travel Desk representatives were very knowledgeable about the various tour options. They helped us organize for a private tour. Ali, our private car tour guide, was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the city of Dubai as well as the new changes in the city. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the Aloft Dubai Airport Hotel and we are looking forward to staying again!"

"The staff are the highlight of this hotel, extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is also good and in general the hotel is well kept. The only issue I found was that the room did not have a smart TV, there was no way of connecting my devices wirelessly which I would expect in a hotel of the calibre"

"Great property. The only downsize is the location for getting in and out by vehicle. Not many public transportation options other than Uber, Careem or taxi. However, very bad traffic due to the volume created by the hotel and how narrow the exits are. Took my Uber driver 45 minutes to just get out of the hotel entrance and travel two blocks. "
