« We stayed in the apartment for about a week to visit our family in the area. The apartment was clean and very spacious for our family of 5\. The property manager Anna was very friendly and responsive to all questions we had. The only downside is the limited parking space, although we always found a curbside parking space near the house. »

"Premier séjour en Allemagne en hôtel et le personnel ne sourit pas c'est sûr! Hors de question de généraliser. La gestion du petit déjeuner a été catastrophique. Arrivés à 9h30 pour une clôture annoncée pour 10 h. C'est tôt, j'ai souvent vu 11h ailleurs dans le monde. Comme il y a beaucoup de monde, il manque . On pense avoir le temps de revenir mais à 10h02, le personnel ferme l'accès via un rideau. Quelques personnes sont encore à l'intérieur 2,3 personnes se précipitent pour avoir un dernier café. Las, tout est déjà débranché et une employée CRIE de sortir car il est 10h!! Jamais vu une telle aggressivité vis-à-vis de clients. "
