  • Sunset Palms is a beautiful, newly renovated vacation rental home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 8 people. It also comes with an outdoor lounge area, fire pit, private hot tub, and is located in the Crystal Beach Cottages community just a short 3-5 minute walk from the beach. Crystal Beach Cottages community offers a park and a seasonally heated pool just a minute walk away.

    Upon entering this vacation rental home, you're presented with a beautifully decorated living area & open floor plan of the kitchen, dining & living areas. Looking to prepare a family meal? Make use of all the brand new stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen, along with brand new granite countertops & a breakfast bar that seats 8. The dining area is accented with gorgeous chandeliers with seating to accommodate 8. The living area offers comfortable seating and a large HDTV. The master king suite has a HDTV & the private bathroom offers a walk-in shower & jetted tub. The second bedroom has a king & HDTV. The third bedroom is a bunk room with twin over twin bunk beds, a full bed & HDTV. Last but not least, this home offers an outdoor lounge area, NEW private hot tub & grilling station perfect for family BBQs.
    *Please note that for the safety of the guest & the owner, this home offers a Ring Doorbell.


    This home is located near popular Destin attractions. The Destin Commons, just around the corner, is an open-air shopping center with a movie theater, bowling alley, restaurants & more. The area also offers beachfront local seafood dining & live entertainment.

Great Location!

Not only is this house in a great location, which is like a block from the beach, it's so clean and nicely decorated. There is so much to do around the area that is in walking distance (shopping, restaurants, gas, groceries, etc.)

Great Beach Location

We loved this beautiful house in a cute quaint beach neighborhood. The garage had plenty of beach supplies for us and we enjoyed the quick walk to the beach. Coffee on the front porch, dinners by the grill and evening drinks by the fire.

Went to Destin to watch our son graduate from EOD school. Great location, less than 5 minutes to the beautiful beach. Close to highway but in a quiet neighborhood. House was very clean, lovely decor and great amount of room for 4 adults.

Home was comfortable and nicely decorated. Porch, hot tub, and fire pit area were great. Nice community. Dryer didn’t work but I didn’t notice until our last night’s stay. Host was very responsive.

Almost place. Close to everything. Clean, updated, and spacious. On the first night the living room tv fell off the wall. Thought we’d be without the tv all week. Called the property management and a new tv was mounted on the wall the next day before we got back from the beach. Great place.

Nothing but good things to say about this property. It was very clean upon arrival. Check in process was flawless. Mgmt team was responsive to communications. Wonderful location. 3-4 minute walk to the beach. The house came with a large beach wagon which we used everyday, beach chairs, toys, umbrella and more. As my wife said, this is now her favorite part of Florida. Thank you!

This house is gorgeous and is close to so many places. Just a short walk to Camille’s for a bite to eat and you can bike or walk anywhere. Very friendly area.

This home was clean and inviting. We already knew of the heavy traffic noise and the Spring time cleanup and renovations o f neighborhood. Little did we know that Cross nest would go on the market while we were there. Photographers, rel.people prospective buyers would be coming through while we were there followed by 2 inspectors.This took up time for us.Other then that, we were very pleased.
