Do not rent a house if Destin Palms Vacations is the property management company. They will outright lie to you. The hot tub and patio with fire pit were the main reasons we chose this house. We were only able to use the hot tub one time during our one week stay. The circuit panel fried so I called the property management company. I was told they would call the owners to see about getting it fixed and get back to me with an update. They never called. I had to call several times to finally be told the hot tub would not be fixed while we were there for the week. I was told that someone would call me back to discuss some sort of discount. No on called. I called again the day we checked out. I was told someone would be calling me. No one called. I called the week after was told someone would call me. I then called and of course there was no manager so I asked to have one call me. No one has called. I was told repeatedly and assured someone would call me back every time I called. I have never experienced this level of poor customer service and blatantly being lied to. I will never stay at a property managed by your company. The owners could do some upgrades and maintenance to the property. More cookware and maintenance to the hot tub, the jets barely worked. We also lost power 2 days in a row. Not sure why, the first day it took over an hour and someone came out but it came back on. The second day, no one came out and no one called back.
