With a variety of exciting on-site amenities, SunDestin Beach Resort is sure to become your vacation go-to for years to come. This family-friendly condo features a newly renovated outdoor pool, a seasonally heated indoor pool, as well as an outdoor hot tub. Exercise in the fitness room, pick up a souvenir from the gift shop, or rent a complimentary DVD for a movie night. The gorgeous conference room boasts a gorgeous space for your next event or meeting. Additional seasonal amenities include an outdoor tiki bar, along with beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee). Upon entering SunDestin 601, you will be greeted with a spacious, open layout, gorgeous updated décor, as well as sweeping panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Both the master bedroom and the guest bedroom boast relaxing spaces to unwind after an action-packed beach day, each with a mounted flat-screen television. The master bathroom features a walk-in shower for added convenience. The gorgeous, fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, ideal for making your favorite home-cooked meals. The dining table offers seating up to six guests and there are two additional bar stools by the kitchen breakfast bar. In the spacious living room, a flat-screen television with a DVD player and comfortable seating will be your family’s new relaxation spot for movie nights in, or after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach. The balcony provides seating for four, ideal for sipping coffee while taking in the warm gulf breeze. The unit doesn’t have any extras like salt and pepper or left over water toys like you might find in other rentals that we have stayed when in Destin. They do provide a basic box for the dishwasher and washer. The faucet in the primary bath was hard to operate/turn for some reason. Also the toilets acted odd when flushed. She really enjoyed that. Lots of things to do at this resort bar and restaurant had good food and was easy to order pick up. Location in Destin was perfect. We will stay again. The condo never got cooler than 72\. Which is not normal. The thermostat was on 70 and auto but the unit never stop running because it was trying to get down to cooking. I requested a fan from property manager when I cooked meals because the thermostat would rise to 80 degrees. I know the power bill is ridiculously high because this issue. ##### Danielle S.
