Its a beautiful property we enjoyed our stay. The pool area is really nice.However the sofa bed was unconfortable the springs are old and very unconfortable also the sheets were dirty. I did sent out an email to the host and she responded fast. We end it up not using the sofa bed. Had a little problem closing the patio door was very hard to closed it. A technician went to fix it but the following day, we had to sleep with the patio door a little bit open.

We did not like the pull out bed. We were not told one of the beds was that way. The mattresses need updating. It was clean and there was enough kitchen equipment.

We stayed at two places while in Destin and the amenities at this place were excellent. The pool area was awesome and a great spot for the whole family. The condo was a bit of a disappointment as the 2nd bedroom and main bathroom were in accessible if the trundle bed was in use and the door to the bathroom couldn’t be closed if that bed was out. I’d highly recommend a full and twin stacked frame for this room over what’s in there. The master bedroom had slats missing from the slider door so it made the room not private. It was very difficult to get changed knowing our family could go out to the porch at any moment, or even see in from the couch in the family room. It would be very easy to fix this. As mentioned in a previous review, both handles on sliders are loose/broken and hard to use.If those things were fixed and the 2nd bedroom had a bunk bed, we’d absolutely love the place and recommend it.

Perfect space in the perfect location

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO. It was clean and exactly as described. The walk to the beach is perfect for early mornings, afternoons, and sunsets after dinner. The pool and staff were really amazing too.

Great location, host was VERY responsive, enough provisions were provided to jump start our vacation. We enjoyed our stay very much. Check-in was a breeze however we did have to reach out to the host (booked 3rd party so the reservation was not sent in/ registering at the time we checked in, luckily the host was available (anytime we reached out IMO) and check-in was smooth sailing shortly after. My only complaint was foul orders in the building in general BUT the condo itself was very clean and comfortable.

2023 Family Vacation

This is our 3rd trip to Destin and staying at The Palms of Destin, we absolutely Love the resort! My kids love the pool so much! Such an amazong Family Friendly resort! The room was very clean and fit all six of us perfectly!

Convenient and comfortable

This property is located in a central area with quick access to everything you need for a relaxing stay at the beach. The resort pool is fantastic and the beach is a quick drive away. The amenities offered at the resort such as the restaurant and fitness center make it so that you don’t have to leave for anything if you choose not to! The property itself is beautiful and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here and I would stay again. We had a wonderful trip thanks to Just Beachy!

Perfect

My husband and I took our 5 kids to the Palms of Destin for a week stay. We arrived early and were accommodated very well. The communication was easy and in a timely manner. The condo was just as the listing showed, and the resort was so much fun! Destin is a great area to take your family to. We'll definitely be back!

Family vacation

Overall had a fantastic time. Very kid friendly and once we realized we had to get a dog tag from security we were never bothered about our dog. The condo was perfect for our needs, but could have used a deep cleaning. Will definitely stay again. Perfect location and close to the beach. Lots of activities within a mile of the condo.
