Second time we stayed here. Everything was great except we asked for a first floor room because I’m disabled and going up a flight of stairs multiple times is awful on me physically. I asked back when we reserved a room several months ago for ground floor due to disability. They just said sorry we don’t have a ground floor. But they did upgrade our room to a walk through unit which was very nice of them. Hope to go again next year.

I really don't understand how this property has so many 10/10 ratings. First of all, the photos on the listing are misleading/disappointing. Not all rooms are renovated and we were stuck in a very dated room when I was expecting what is shown in the photos on Expedia. The indoor is NOT heated. My two kids couldn't even swim in it because it was so cold and the small outdoor pool was packed. Kids were always in the hot tub. There were cords EVERYWHERE in our room. Not the safest for two small children. The showers are SO slick that my daughter slipped and fell face first in the shower. It could have been much worse. When we called to complain to the front desk, they told us to use the shower mat. If a mat was in the room, we're smart enough to use it in the shower. Batteries in the remote control were dead. When we called, they told us they have batteries at the front desk we can come get. They didn't even offer to bring them to us. There were rips in the sheets. We stopped calling the front desk because obviously they didn't care and would probably tell us to change the sheets ourselves. The key to the room only worked half the time. It took us forever to get into the room every time we came back to the room. Please do yourself a favor and don't waste your money on this place. I would have left early and found another place to stay if there were any vacancies elsewhere during Memorial Day Weekend.

Rooms have been renovated and are clean. Staff is very attentive and professional. Lots of stuff to do within walking distance. Short drive to the public beach. Public beach is clean and well managed.

Price was good room very clean. You get what you pay for the furniture could use some updating but it served my purpose. Room was very clean. The area was quiet plus I did not realize I had left my windows down on my jeep with golf clubs radios from work and all was there the next morning.

The room was cleaned on spot. No smells, no stains on sheets, no complain of anything. The outside does not give credit to what have inside. We were surprised by the big pool, jacuzzi, and areas to play such as tennis table and a small mini golf in the middle of the resort. An arcade , go carts place available from a 5 minutes from the hotel. No view of the beach but You won't regret. Oh, also 5 minutes car from Henderson park beach. $6 parking. Absolutely stunning views.

centrally located to Destin area. Great price for the location. Where other properties in the area charge multiple usage fees that can mount into hundreds of dollars for a few night stay Club Destin does not have these charges. Overall positive stay. We would return or recommend this facility.

Very nice place to stay! Customer service was great, anytime we needed anything they were on it! Very clean area. Very reasonable prices as well! The only thing that my family didn’t like was the beds, they were very hard. We mentioned it to the staff while we were there! Other than that the stay was perfect! We will definitely be back!

The great atrium and indoor pool, hot tub and even a putting green. There was a torrential rain and thunderstorm outside while we were relaxing in the indoor pool. Patted myself on the bad for making a great choice

I really liked Club Destin. I was skeptical because it wasn’t right on the beach like I’m used to, but I only stayed one night in a Studio room. It had everything you needed, silverware, microwave, stove, and fridge. It was just the right amount of space for my mom and I. Without having direct beach access, we had to go to a public beach. But it was only 6 minute away and so was Walmart. There were eatery’s in walking distance as well. I enjoyed my stay and I would stay there again.

The hotel was nice. Room was very spacious. It would be nice if someone from your house keeping service could speak English. I tried to ask a question on 2 occasions to different ladies and no more could understand me espansol only.

Great house keeping staff daily.Location near beach ,harbor walk and great restaurants.Enjoyed are stay .Only concern was hot tub guest would be in it with children for long peiords at a time making it hard for others guests to enjoy.
