This condo is completely updated and beautifully decorated. It comes complete with all the amenities to make your stay memorable.

You will enjoy amazing panoramic views of the gorgeous white sandy beach, the Gulf of Mexico! Sightings of Dolphins. Mesmerizing sunsets, all from your private balcony🐟🐠

The balcony is an ideal spot to unwind and truly enjoy the beautiful scenery.

The fully equipped kitchen has been updated with beautiful granite counter tops, and stainless-steel appliances. It is ideal for preparing exquisite meals.

You’ll feel at home sitting at the beautiful dining table that serves 4 with the option to accommodate 4 more at the bar counter that separates the kitchen from the dining/living room.

Rest in the newly renovated master bedroom which offers a king size comfortable bed with a brand new 50” TV and a comfortable private bathroom.

We also have comfortable twin size bunk beds which offer storage for clothes. Here you can accommodate two kids!! They will be conveniently located next to a second fully renovated and stocked bathroom.

The living room is very comfortable and has a queen size sleeper sofa that allows for two more guests and a it has a new 55” TV for your enjoyment.
The decor was carefully selected to make you feel the tranquility and happiness of a beach living setting.

HOUSE AND RESORT RULES
- 1 parent/adult guardian over 25 years of age is required for every 3 unmarried guests under 25 years of age to check-in.
- Tents and canopies are NOT allowed on the beach, just umbrellas. Private umbrellas are only allowed behind the rows of rental umbrellas.
- No smoking anywhere in the building, unit or on the balcony (except designated area on the ground floor).
- Pets are not allowed. We all love our furry friends, but unfortunately HOA does not allow any pets in the resort premises.
- Rates are quoted for entered occupancy and extra person fees may apply if occupancy is increased after booking.
- We do not provide beach towels and do not allow any towels, sheets, bedspreads to be removed from our condo.
- Guest will be required to fill out the rental agreement and send it to us with a copy of his/her drivers license.

Why would I stay anywhere else in Destin?!
If you’re going to Destin and looking for a condo on the beach. THIS IS THE PLACE YOU WANT. I’ve vacationed in Destin for many years. I’ve stayed at the pelican beach resort many, many times. This was the best condo we’ve ever stayed in. It was beautifully decorated, the owner has her beautiful art displayed. It was very clean and well stocked. It was perfect for our family. The owner was in communication before and throughout our trip to make sure everything was perfect. I can’t wait to stay here again!

The view from this property is lovely. Our sons really enjoyed the pool. The tiki bar was a definite plus. You can tell immediately that the owners have put a lot of effort into decorating the condo as there are plenty of personal touches. We had everything we needed. There were a few things that surprised us upon arrival. The one major thing was the amount of visible mold on ceilings and around vents. Also, the balcony is very small so I understand the lack of furniture. However the chairs were small and uncomfortable. Sitting on the balcony is one of our family’s favorite parts of being at the beach but we missed out on this trip. We still had a fantastic time. The hosts seem like wonderful people and Destin is gorgeous.

Had a wonderful stay in this oceanfront condo. Beautiful view of the beach from the 7th floor. Kitchen had everything we needed for fixing our own meals. Furnishings were in great condition and decorated beautifully. It created a very relaxing place to stay. The hostess was very helpful, kind and responded quickly when I had questions.

Just wonderful
We came down for fall break and had a fabulous time. The views from the balcony are gorgeous- perfect for drinking my coffee in the morning. Kids enjoyed the bunk beds and the tiki bar by the pool was a treat! The owner was in contact with us several times during our stay checking in and was so easy to work with. The BEST!!!
This condo is by far the BEST stay we had while vacationing in Destin! Upon arriving, checking in was a breeze, and the staff here are nice and friendly. We found that the unit was very clean and updated, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for the family. The TVs in this unit are bigger than the ones in the previous condos we have booked. They also have board games underneath the living room TV to entertain your family after a long, fun day at the beach. Restaurants, grocery stores, and shops are all within walking distance from this location. There are also two pools and a tiki bar right downstairs before walking out to the beach. This location is absolutely the best, and my little family can't wait to come back here next year. A special shoutout to Espi, our wonderful host, for always checking in on us to make sure our stay was perfect. Also, we love your artwork! Our little family can't wait until next year for our Destin vacation. We will definitely be returning!
