This single-level home features 3 king bedrooms + a built-in full-over-full bunk area, a spacious backyard deck and pergola, an outdoor shower, beach gear, and a community pool less than 100 steps away. Walk to nearby restaurants and shops, then come home to grill, play games, and relax under the pergola.

Coastal Escape Destin was designed for easy, comfortable beach vacations with family and friends. The single-level floor plan offers plenty of room to gather while still giving everyone their own space.



Sleeping Arrangements

• Primary Bedroom: King bed + ensuite bathroom

• King Bedroom 2: King bed

• King Bedroom 3: King bed

• Bunk Area: Two built-in full-size beds

Every bedroom features a 50–55" Smart TV, and YouTube TV with 100+ channels is included.



Indoor Living

The spacious family room welcomes you with comfortable seating, a huge 75" Smart TV, and games for family nights at home.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and an eat-in island with plenty of seating. A separate dining/gaming table creates another gathering space for meals, cards, puzzles, and family game nights.

The primary king suite includes a private bathroom with a large tiled shower and double vanity.

A full-size side-by-side washer and dryer makes longer stays and beach days much easier.



Outdoor Living

The backyard is one of our favorite parts of Coastal Escape.

Step onto the oversized deck and relax beneath the shaded pergola. There's an outdoor dining table with seating for eight, plus a large sofa and lounge chairs for enjoying morning coffee, afternoon drinks, or the evening Gulf breeze.

Fire up the BBQ grill for dinner and challenge the family to one of our outdoor games.

After a day at the beach, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower just off the patio.

The front porch also offers rocking chairs and Adirondack seating—a great place to unwind at the end of the day.

Beach & Pool

The beach is approximately a 4-minute walk from the cottage, with multiple nearby Gulf beach access points.

The Clipper Cove community pool is only three houses away—less than 100 steps from the home.

The pool is typically heated from approximately mid-March through the end of April. Heating dates and availability are controlled by the HOA and are subject to change.

Coastal Escape is located in Crystal Beach, one of Destin's most popular beach neighborhoods, known for its charming coastal homes, walkability, and easy access to Destin's famous sugar-white beaches and emerald Gulf waters.



You'll be close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and beach activities. Nearby favorites include:

• Multiple Gulf beach access points within easy walking distance

• Camille's at Crystal Beach for coffee, breakfast, lunch, happy hour, seafood and sushi

• Destin Commons, with 85+ shops, restaurants, entertainment and an AMC theater

• The Shoppes at Paradise Isle, just a short walk away for convenient shopping and services

• Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park, approximately 1.5 miles away



For snorkeling enthusiasts, the Dolphin Reef near Miramar Beach Public Access is approximately 2.5 miles east along Scenic Gulf Drive. The reef sits offshore and should only be accessed with appropriate flotation equipment and swimming/snorkeling experience.



Getting Around:

Crystal Beach is very walkable, with the beach and several restaurants just minutes away.

A vehicle is recommended for exploring more of Destin, including golf, boating, shopping, nightlife, and other attractions.
