This Oceanfront Vacation Condo includes two large bedrooms with the Master Bedroom suite facing the ocean. Our home provides plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. The guest bedroom offers 2 queen beds with a bathroom that can be used as an ensuite. The open-concept living room is perfect for gatherings, featuring comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV for movie nights. Enjoy family meals at the dining table or breakfast at the kitchen bar. Channel your inner chef in the kitchen, equipped with all the cookware, and dining essentials. Prepare fresh seafood or your favorite vacation meals with ease. Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails while taking in the refreshing ocean breeze.

Breakers East community offers an oceanfront pool, shuffleboards, tennis courts, community barbeque area, and a private boardwalk. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are just across the boardwalk. The Track and Big Kahuna`s Waterpark is across the street. Shopping, the best seafood areas in town are just minutes away!

*The pool is heated March 1 - May 1 if the outside temperature is 65 or higher. The pool is also heated the week of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.*

*The Board of Directors has approved the resurfacing of the pool during the upcoming winter season.

The project is scheduled to begin on November 9, 2026, with the goal of completing the work within that week.

During this time, the pool area will be closed to ensure the contractors have adequate space to work and to maintain the safety of all residents and guests on the property.*
