Off-street parking available. Same day reservations are welcome, please contact the The Getaway for details. This charming mid-century modern, spacious, fully furnished Studio apartment provides a comfortable and stylish 'home away from home' nestled in the hills of Desert Hot Springs. The apartment comes with a full kitchen, central heat and air conditioning. Original mid-century details throughout and an open floor plan lends itself to casual living. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ \*Pool heater – optional, additional $420.00 per week due before arrival. Cats are never allowed in any of the apartments. Guests are provided with an Accidental Property Damage Protection insurance policy with each reservation. The policy protects guests from paying out of pocket for accidental damage to the property and furnishings. This allows guests to relax, knowing they are covered for accidental property damage. There is no additional charge for this insurance coverage. There are video cameras for security purposes only in the exterior common areas (parking lot, pool deck/patio, the sides and back of complex). All guests, including those booking their reservation through any third-party booking platform, must digitally sign a short term rental agreement upon booking. Otherwise, guests will not be granted access to the apartment and will be subject to the cancellation policy as stated. The agreement will be sent to guests by email once their reservation has been booked. Travelers who cancel more than 14 days before the day of check-in are charged no cancellation fee and will receive a 100% refund, minus the credit card fee (approximately 3%). Travelers who cancel between 14 and 7 days before the day of check-in are charged 50% of the booking amount, plus the credit card fee (approximately 3%). Travelers who cancel 7 days or less before the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 100% of the booking amount. It's a 5-unit group of small apartments around a small pool (big extra fee to heat). It would be perfect for a multi-family getaway. It's not close to anything, about 10 minute drive to grocery and a limited choice of restaurants, about 30 minute drive to Palm Springs downtown. The bed was very comfortable and the futon was fine. The kitchen appliances, tub, toilet, and floor were clean. Mouldings around the edges and behind/under the futon could definitely use a spring cleaning. There's a small coffee maker but no coffee, and a variety of cooking supplies and utensils. It was very very windy during our April visit -- more windy than Palm Springs - causing noise on the window and roof. ##### Nancy C. Small property with amazing views, a super helpful and available host, and cool decor! Definitely a relaxing and quiet experience, about 20 mins from Palm Springs. Eric’s place was perfectly situated for that. But what stood out the most was the attention to little details in the decor and in the essentials that really made it special. Great secluded location with a wonderful view of the desert (About a twenty minute drive from Palm Springs), as well as great communication with the property manager. The floors were the same way ,other people’s hair And dirt , even found a ring on the floor. The bathroom cubbords has to much clutter and there was stuff I had to put up away from my child ! The refrigerator had stuff in it expired and smelly ! We had a fly problem by our front mats to the point of having hundreds by door and no screens! The windows in the studio shake and are noisy !
