The property was everything we could have wanted and more. it is situated right at the bottom of the mountains that border Desert Hot Springs. In fact there were several fantastic trails that wee could walk our dogs on just steps from the property. Our host was extremely attentive to our needs during our stay. One day there was a powerful wind storm that created a bit of a mess in the back yard. This was taken care of immediately by BJ and his helpers. On another occasion, we thought we were having an electrical issue (turned out to be user error) but a care taker was there within minutes to assess the problem. The house itself is a very spacious three bedroom. There is great separation between the side where the bedrooms are and the kitchen family room area. When our son and his friends came to visit, we could still get to sleep. This property is really build for relaxation and fun. There is a great spot from which to watch the sunset every night. The stars are very clear from the hot tub, which we viewed every night. There is not only a fire pit that burns wood but also a gas powered fire table. The barbeque is outstanding various eating areas, of which there are three in the back yard alone. Our son and friends loved the putting green in the back yard.
