This was by far the best stay my family and I have ever experienced. We were lucky to get an apartment style room that was super perfect and cozy for our family. Its in a great location. The breakfast served daily was awesome. They had sausages, eggs, biscuits, waffles, bagels, and cereal for the little ones to name a few. The staff was helpful, when you needed a hand. Id stay there every chance we get when visiting.

Expedia now is giving customers an insurance to cover cancelations or otherwise for a refund if needed. I never have needed anything of the sorts nor heard of ins for a hotel room. It also is an additional cost so we chose not to pay since we knew would be staying the next day. Due to this our room was not refundable with expedia. I called the hotel first and the front desk clerk was very helpful when we needed to change the reservation due to choosing wrong date and Expedia not refunding. She also met our requests to be on ground floor close to entrance. The whole check in process was very easy to do and accomodatable for our late night arrival. The beds were very comfortable and appeared to be new. The hotel appears to be upgrading the atmosphere and remodeling during our stay but it didn't interfere with our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. Parking was close to the entrance. Definitely an excellent place to stay and will stay again in future and recommend to others.

It was one of the friendliest hotels I have ever stayed in . The people are wonderful and very caring. I was having a rough time and they made me feel like I belonged and was safe. Very very pet friendly. I recommend this hotel highly and I will be staying there again in the future!

The room was very clean and appeared to be recently painted. Access was a breeze with the electronic keypads so that was a nice touch and the staff was responsive, but we didn't need them that much. The room refrigerators are off when you arrive, ours never turned on, but it wasn't a huge issue, The breakfast is your typical rubber egg and sausage patties, but there were some biscuits and gravy and some waffles that seemed ok, we didn't try them. And a selection a various cereals and oatmeal. Nothing to write home about, but not terrible and the 24/hr coffee was nice but a little week for our southern tastes. The fruit selection was only apples. No real complaints just the hype about "breakfast" is a bit overstated. However, there are some magnificent cafe's and coffee houses downtown we enjoyed very much. We will stay here again if we go back.

First, let me say that I would stay here again. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and clean, and we had 4 good nights of sleep. Breakfast was adequate with the usual choices at a hotel buffet. Coffee was available 24/7. No daily housekeeping (who really needs it!) but was available on request, and towels, tissue, etc available in the lobby. That said, this is an older hotel that is showing its age. The carpet in our room was fraying and the bathroom floor looked dirty even though it wasn’t. Suggestions would be a towel holder at the sink and a grab bar in the shower for older guests. The carpet in the halls looked like it needed a good cleaning. This is a nice mid-level hotel that is perfectly acceptable, but with a few updates and tweaks could be excellent.
