From the moment you arrive, the feeling is one of unparalleled privacy and space. With 8 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and 4 stories, this home is designed for seamless group living and an active, multi-level experience. This is the ultimate tree house mansion, offering a perfect balance between communal fun and personal relaxation.

Main Living & Gathering: This expansive level features two living rooms, a dining area, and a modern kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and multiple coffee bars. Fully stocked with premium cookware and gadgets like a crockpot and blender, it’s perfect for large groups. A propane grill is also available for easy outdoor dining.  
  
Top Level Game Area: This light-filled level is the ultimate hangout, featuring a pool table, arcade games (Ms. Pac-Man and The Simpsons), and a lounge with a large HD TV. Getting Around:  
  
The property is within walking and driving distance to playgrounds, parks and a grocery store. You could easily use a ride share service as well. There is plenty of off-street parking space for vehicles.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
  
Designed with group comfort in mind — guests may coordinate meal preparation or hosted evenings if desired.  
  
A $350 security deposit applies the fee will be refunded if no damages were reported after departure. The home accommodates up to 31 guests; $200 per night will be added to the property's nightly price for each guest beyond 16.
