Ranging in age from 22 to 82, we found the accommodations perfect and the location even more so. Easy access to hiking, museums, downtown “Old Arvada” and the venue in Golden made the location perfect. We all had our own space and, other than being able to hear footsteps on the main floor in the bedroom on the lowest floor (so we out the earliest risers down there) the building was quiet and comfortable.
