Came for a getaway weekend with the guys. The location was incredible - walking distance to downtown (Ball Arena, Empower field, Union Station). The Highland area was really great as well - vibrant with great coffee shops, ice cream and restaurants. Our host was very accommodating. The space is great for a large group (8 or so). The upstairs balcony has amazing views of downtown. All amenities were modern and easy to use. There were multiple areas to spend time together with a large group which really worked great for us.

The property was amazing, extremely spacious and exactly what we were looking for. Everything was top of the line and with wonderful kitchen appliances and an awesome rooftop. A perfect property in a perfect part of town! Huge selection of restaurants and bars all within walking distance. The property is just as shown in the pictures, well maintained and with any amenity that we needed! This is a yearly Denver visit for our group and we’ll definitely come back!

Great home in awesome location

We had a great stay at this home. Very comfy for a group of 5 adult friends. We loved hanging on the rooftop. Awesome location today with lots of good restaurants in walking distance. Would recommend!

Incredible House walking distance to great area

We only had the pleasure of staying one night in this beautiful and well-appointed home. The master bedroom bed was super comfortable, and the room itself was private/quiet set back from the other level 2 jack-and-jill bath / bedrooms. There is a private bedroom and bath on the main level that we did not use, but was a nice addition for another private area. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you'd need for cooking. The quality and cleanliness of the home was superb. The garage is a bit of a distance from the house and includes stairs, so extra work for loading and unloading, but this was only a small inconvenience when staying in a downtown home. The home itself is lovely, can't recommend it more. The owners were responsive and accommodating of our needs. We would definitely stay here again!
