We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home. The garage does not have keypad access but once you have checked in you will have access to use the garage door clicker to park inside the 1 car garage.

Sleeping arrangements
With space for up to eleven guests, the home offers flexibility for both adults and children. On the main floor, two king bedrooms feature plush bedding, blackout curtains, and easy access to a shared full bath with a tub-shower combo and complimentary toiletries. Downstairs, you’ll find two kid-friendly rooms - one with three twin beds including a pull-out trundle, and another with twin-over-twin bunks. A second bathroom with a walk-in shower ensures everyone has space to get ready. Ceilings downstairs are approximately six feet, making it cozy but comfortable.
Living and entertainment
Two separate living spaces mean guests can spread out or come together. Upstairs, a mid-century inspired lounge with sectional seating and leather chairs flows into the dining area. Downstairs, the game room is the heart of the home, complete with a giant Connect4, board games, foosball, and a retro Pac-Man arcade machine. Both living areas include 55-inch smart TVs, perfect for family movie nights or catching up on a favorite series. A small yoga room provides a quiet corner to recharge.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals together. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a gas stove with double oven make cooking a pleasure, while the stocked coffee station is ready for your morning ritual. A dining table for six sits just off the kitchen, and pantry basics such as spices, oil, and salt and pepper are provided for convenience.
Outdoor living
Step outside to a spacious backyard designed for both relaxation and gathering. An eight-seat dining set with umbrella is perfect for warm-weather meals, while a sectional around the fire pit invites late-night conversations under the stars. A double-wide hammock offers a peaceful spot for reading or napping. During the winter months, patio furnishings are stored away, though the yard still offers space to enjoy Colorado’s crisp air. A bistro table on the front porch provides another quiet place for morning coffee.

Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Excessively noisy parties will be shut down, expelled and threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.
