Community pool. Mountain view. High speed wireless internet. Furnished basement with living room/Bathroom. There are 3 security cameras outdoors (one by the front door, back yard and side of the house) this is to help deter guest from having big crowds and parties at the house. The home was clean, spacious and in a nice quiet neighborhood with similar relatively newer construction homes. Nana as our host was exceptional. She was very responsive and helpful from the time we considered booking, to our arrival, to the time we checked out.My only reason for deducting one star was because of a myriad of little things that are in need of repair (dishwasher, refrigerator filtered water / ice maker, vertical blinds, horizontal shades, curtain rods) and very limited on towels to accommodate all bathrooms & the kitchen. For the towels, Nana was very responsive, she delivered new ones the morning after I reached outs. While these are minor complaints, collectively they detracted from having a full five-star rating and experience.I still would recommend the property with these minor inconveniences as long as you’re not expecting perfection. A little updating and maintenance to the home and its amenities will go a long way to bring it back to a five star experience. We had a great time in Denver / Boulder / Golden and this was still a great place for our family and our friends to call home for a long weekend. ##### Jeff R.
