My family did not use this property overnight, but we had a great family dinner in the back yard. It was the perfect size for us and had plenty of grass for the younger kids to run around in after dinner. We all had a blast cooking and eating here! ##### Jenna W. It was a perfect, central location for all our activities in Denver, Morrison, and Golden. There is every type of store and restaurant on the main road just a couple blocks away and lots of parks nearby. It would be a good house for a family with kids, too. We were impressed with all the amenities that were at the house - snacks, coffee, hair dryer, extra toothbrushes and mini toiletries in the bathrooms, everything needed for cooking, board games, trail guides, and plenty of bath linens. The patio with fire table and party lights was a relaxing, private spot to hang out outside. Note that 3 of the bedrooms are on the main level of the house and one is secluded in the basement - we didn’t realize that from the pictures but it worked fine for our group. We were happy with this property and enjoyed our stay! ##### Hannah K.
