It is a fantastic, updated urban condo in the very heart of downtown Denver. Located on the 27th floor, boasting stunning skyline views! Spacious 1 bed/1 bath unit with a private, covered open balcony—full kitchen with tile counters and all appliances, including a dishwasher. The family room offers ample living space and access to the private balcony. The main bedroom has a large custom closet, an attached bathroom with double vanities, and a wall mirror. There is tons of storage throughout, including an entry closet. The completely renovated laundry room features multiple washers and dryers.
