The house was very clean and updated and had various spaces to accommodate the schedules of babies napping while adults could still enjoy time together. Ryan was very responsive to questions we had throughout our stay, even connecting an outdoor water spigot so that we could provide water play for the toddlers since we were here during the 100 degree heat wave. My husband and I traveled with a group of our closest friends for a relaxing week in the Denver area. We were excited to see the house from the posting, but it met and exceeded our expectations! The house was clean and well-stocked with essentials, especially in the kitchen! It’s super spacious, and the backyard was a perfect place to have a relaxing evening by the fire. The location is perfect— 20 minutes or so from downtown Denver, 30-40 minutes from Boulder. Plus, Old Town Arvada was only a few minutes away! Ryan was super friendly, a prompt and thorough communicator, and was happy to accommodate us in any way he could. Definitely recommend this property for your trip!
