We do not live on the property but will be readily available for any needs you may have during your stay. It is safe and well-kept and conveniently located with easy access to I-25, I-70, and Hwy 36 making Downtown Denver, Boulder, the mountains, Red Rocks, and Denver Airport super accessible. There is a Safeway a 5 minute drive away as well as various restaurants and shops within a 5 minute drive. Just a 2 minute walk away is a large park that has amazing views of downtown Denver and where there are usually scooters available to rent to get around. There is a Starbucks a 2 minute drive away, a grocery store a 5 minute drive away and many restaurants and great shops in the surrounding area. This listing is for The James House, which is 1 side of a side-by-side duplex connected by 1 wall. The June House next door may also be booked during your stay at The James House, we ask that all guests are respectful of one another and to keep noise to respectable neighborhood levels. The James House has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and sleeps 6\. CHECKIN/CHECKOUT \-Check-In is 4PM and Check-Out is 10 AM \-Early check in or late check outs are not always able to be accommodated. If we have another guest departing or arriving on the same day as you, we often require the entire window of time to turn over the home depending on the guest count. \- If we can, we offer 1 hour free of charge, and then $25 per hour up to 2 extra hours (3 hours total). If I visit Denver again, I would gladly stay here or at another of Amanda’s properties.The home is spotless, beautifully furnished, and extremely comfortable. The beds are great, the kitchen is very well stocked, and the game room was a huge hit with our group. Thoughtful touches like two robes in each room and plenty of towels, pillows, tissues, and toilet paper made the stay feel extra welcoming.Communication with Amanda was excellent from start to finish, and everything about the home matched the listing perfectly. Check-out was refreshingly easy with no long cleaning checklist, which we really appreciated.It’s the many small details throughout the home that truly make this rental stand out.
