Summary: Welcome to our updated loft unit in the heart of downtown Littleton! Perched above Main Street, this comfortable apartment is on the upper floor of what was originally the historic “Crawford Saloon” built in 1901. The loft includes a living room, kitchen, bedroom and full bathroom. Come and embrace all of the colorful charm, rich history and vibrant lifestyle of Downtown Littleton! The Space: Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, dining table, Keurig machine, comfortable queen-size bed, full bathroom with toiletries, hair dryer, ironing board, workspace, free high-speed internet, and 55” smart Roku TV. A twin-size air mattress including all bedding is also available in the living room. Although the bedroom does not have a dedicated closet, there are clothes hooks and hangers plus additional clothes storage in the spacious living room dresser. There is a separate coin-operated laundry room for your use. The apartment has individual climate controls for heat and AC in the living room and bedroom to ensure your comfort during your stay. The unit is fully self-check in and checkout with security code access, and includes one reserved parking space at the rear of the building. Access to the unit is via a secured entrance on the west side of the building. This is a shared building with other short-term and long-term tenants. The eatery below is opened daily from 8am to 8pm, so you may hear an occasional blender. Downtown Littleton is the new “place to be” brimming with restaurants, taverns, pubs, a beer garden, boutiques, unique retailers, a day spa, coffee shops and ice cream parlors. Shop and dine, or enjoy a live stage performance at the Performing Arts Theater just a few steps away. There is a “Welcome Book” in the apartment which lists many of the shops and eateries along Main Street for you to enjoy. The building is close to bike trails along the South Platte River, Light Rail Station and RTD bus route. Come and explore all that downtown Littleton has to offer! Sorry, but we cannot allow pets. Getting Around: The C & D Lines of the RTD light rail system have a station located one block south of Main Street at the corner of Prince and Alamo. RTD bus lines make stops at the Downtown Littleton Station. Other Things to Note: The main door is a shared street entrance off of South Nevada St, you will have a personal door code for both the main door and apartment door. You'll have access to one off street free parking spot closest to the alley. Please leave the heat set around 68-69 degrees when you leave! The building has maintenance clean the hallway and stairway on Thursdays! For this property, a check-in form and agreement are required to be completed after booking is confirmed. My partner and I came to town for a concert at red rocks. We were very pleased with the close proximity to the city, red rocks, and hiking places. The host was very kind and responsive which we appreciated. We had a slight issue with someone parking in the reserved spaces, but the host was very kind and responsive and gave us alternate parking ideas. It has everything you might need or want for a romantic getaway. The furnishings are warm and inviting. Host has added a lot of personal touches like a books, magazines, games/cards, a yoga mat, kitchen memo board with local suggestions and even a King Soopers discount shoppers card you can borrow for grocery shopping. If you have a baby along, there's a portable crib and highchair! The unit is tucked away at the end of the hall and looks out on the quaint main street of historical downtown Littleton. You can walk to many shops and fabulous restaurants. Host, Jill, was easy and delightful to work with. She was flexible with our booking as we put up some out of town friends who were also helping us on a work project. Jill was friendly and very quick to communicate.
