It was not actually listed that the “neighboring” tenant that helps up keep the property is below the rented unit. We discovered this after checking in. On our first night we found that the back door leading to a shared access point did not have a proper deadbolt to keep the lower tenant from accessing our unit too. Also the lock on the bathroom window was broken and would not latch leaving the window open and accessible to the unit. In this area of Denver that is highly unsafe. When I brought this to the owners attention he dismissed my complaint by saying he wished I had told him about the issue along check in. We didn’t notice the issues until after 10 pm at night. The owner then tried to accuse me of breaking the lock so he didn’t have to refund me for the stay. ##### Brandi B. The house is really nice and comfortable. Jeff is quick to respond to any concerns or issues. I would recommend staying here. ##### Eric M.
