No smoking under the patio, as smoke smells are difficult to remove from the wood and exterior of our home. \*Fines of $500 for smoking/vaping and/or marijuana use indoors. \-Trash bins should be brought out on Wednesday evening. Trash pick up are every Thursday early morning. \-Lawn Care arrives every other Saturday with an estimated arrival of 10:00AM-12:00PM. They may ring the doorbell to alert you they are there. They will take care of the front and backyard \-If maintenance needs to come by, they will not enter the home unless absolutely necessary. You will be informed in advance if their visit coincides with your stay and it will be scheduled at a time most convenient for you. \-No pets allowed. \-No additional guests are to sleep on the property without prior permission from host. Maximum 8 guests. \-Trips insurance is highly recommended at the time of your booking. We withhold our cancellation policy, no exceptions will be made.
