There is a HUGE couch to snuggle up on and watch a movie or show while the fire is going(electric fire can be used with or without heat, great for summer!) Conveniently located less than 1 mile from clear creek pickleball, basketball, and volleyball courts! A quick drive to Tennyson and about 10 minutes to downtown! Great for families or large group!
