Overall house was clean, but there were reusable tins with plastic lids in the bottom oven that when we preheated, we did not know they were in there and they melted. The fumes were horrible. It would’ve been nice to give us a heads up that she kept these in the oven Also, all the local grocery stores have bad charges. To have reusable bags in her pantry would’ve been good for guests to know. Also, there were no tissues in any bathrooms or bedrooms. Lastly using the fire pit should have instructions in the house so the guest could use it Overall the house was beautiful and the accommodation and location were great for our family. The house was located in a nice neighborhood. My brother ran on the trails every morning. We all went to the swimming pool one day which is super nice with lanes to do a swim workout if you wanted. The house was close (20 min drive) to old town Arvada. Also about 20-30 mins from red rocks and look out mountain. Grocery store near by. The gas fire pit was a hit also. We didn’t use the grill, but it looked like there were 2 gas grills. There was good communication by the owners. The whole rental process was easy.
