En lo que respecta a la Villa , Quizá el suelo de la terraza, la pintura interior y el menaje de la cocina concretamente la sartén solo hay una y está para reponer. Si hemos notado mejor calidad en los colchones que en otras villas del Oasis en las que hemos estado. Igualmente señalar que se deberían prohibir las fiestas privadas en las Villas ,aunque nos consta que se está haciendo lo posible quería incidir en ello.
