Quieta villa with private pool
Summary:
Wonderful holiday home in typical Spanish style with some sea views and private pool. A very nice house with good furniture in a quiet residential area (dead end).
Behind the house there is a large terrace with a cozy barbecue area. Before the house is the pool with lawn.
Very beautiful garden with lawns and many rich flowering plants. With palm trees, oleanders and other Mediterranean plants. Behind the house there is a large terrace with barbecue.
For the tenant is a garage. W-LAN available. No english tv.
The Space:
There is a beautiful living room (with air conditioning and sofa bed), dining room, kitchen (with dishwasher), 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms.
Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.
Other Things to Note:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:
- booking fee 51 €
- inscription fee 5 €/person
- Final cleaning 80 €
- Bed linen/towels 15 € / person / set (obligatory)
- dog keeping 40 €
- Guarantee 200 € (will be refunded at departure)
Between November till May the expenses for electricity, water, gas and gardener must be payed completely per consumption.
Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).
