Welcome to this cosy 45m² flat in Demi-Quartier, just outside Megève. Ideal for holiday rentals, this space will win you over with its practical layout and privileged location just 5 minutes' drive from the village centre and the Princesse ski lifts.  
  
The flat has two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed for restful nights, and a second bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for children or friends. The recently refurbished bathroom features a modern shower and designer washbasin, with a washing machine available for a relaxing stay.  
  
The real highlight of this property is its sunny terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors after a day's skiing or hiking. What's more, two sheltered parking spaces are included, ensuring easy, convenient access whatever the season.  
  
This cocoon in the heart of the mountains is the ideal place to enjoy the charm of the region, winter and summer alike, while benefiting from Megève's proximity to activities and amenities.
