The perfect home base for exploring Florida! 3BR, 2BA executive home with Pool

Gorgeous 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Florida home within perfect distance from the theme parks, beaches, and natural attractions! Just 45 minutes from Disney and 30 minutes from both Universal/I-Drive and some of Florida’s most beautiful beaches, this home will provide the tranquility of leisurely Florida life and access to all of Florida’s top attractions, restaurants, and nightlife. Freshwater and saltwater fishing with boat access and rentals is within 20 minutes. This home is beautifully furnished and spacious with 2300 ft of living space, a huge furnished patio deck, stunning pool, garage, and fenced in yard on corner lot. The circular drive allows plenty of room for parking cars, boats, and provides easy access to both front and back entries. The spacious kitchen (LOTS of cupboard space!) is adjacent to a lovely, open living area with big screen TV (cable AND wi-fi are included!) and plenty of seating. A Keurig coffee maker is provided along with a starter kit of coffees and teas to help start you up in the mornings. There is also both a formal dining room and a separate living room with a queen sleeper sofa. Step through the huge master bedroom with king bed and open French doors to enter the spacious master bath, with garden jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and large walk-in closet! This home is built for comfort and perfect for entertaining! An ADT alarm system provides total security for your stay. For those who just can't leave their furry friends at home, this property IS PET FRIENDLY with reasonable limitations. Located just a couple minutes from Interstate 4, it’s a perfect location to explore not just the parks, but the beaches, natural beauty, and history to be found in sunny Central Florida!

Central Florida is a fisherman's paradise with your pick of world-class freshwater or saltwater sport fishing just minutes away. Only 5 miles from Lake Monroe or the St. John's River boat ramps and a 40 minute ride to New Smyrna Beach or Daytona Beach. If you want to bring your boat, the circular drive is perfect for easy in/out access, but you MUST request permission in advance and NO BOATS over 24 ft!

Minimum rental 7 nights and long-term rentals welcome. Minimum age for rentals is 25 years of age, maximum occupancy 8 people, non-smoking only. Pets allowed, no larger than 25 lbs and maximum of 2 pets. Non-refundable pet fee of $75 per pet will be charged at time of booking. Cleaning fees are included in cost of rental for 7 night stay. If you wish additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged at your cost. Regional sales/tourist tax of 12.5% will apply for all rentals.

It was clean and very easy to get into when we arrived. The owners actually left a book with information needed and a gift card for a pizza place as well. Loved the pool and the balls that glows in the night time

3rd Visit Is a Charm!

This was our 3rd stay at the property. My 19 yr old and 16 year old love having the pool to ourselves! The house is about a half hour from the beach and close to many area attractions. We spent some time visiting the cute shops in nearby Deland. I highly recommend if you like shopping and window shopping! The town was adorable!

Perfect for our family!

We absolutely loved this home! Everything we could possibly need to make us feel at home away from home and then some! The kids did not want to leave. Not only is it close to many exciting things to do and see but it is a peaceful neighborhood to get some rest in. This was our first Vrbo experience and we hope to have the privilege of staying at the property again in the future!

Amazing, beautiful, perfect home!!

This house is just incredible!! It left me KNOWING that I would definitely be back to this house again!! It was perfect!! It was beautifully laid out! The kitchen was amazing!! The new bathroom was also incredible!! The pool was sooooo nice!! Temp was perfect. The hosts were extremely prompt in all of their responses. Very nice people. This place has Everything you could ever want! Close to everything!! Can’t go wrong with this one!!!

Loved our stay!

The stay was wonderful, we really enjoyed it! It was the perfect location and the pool was the cherry on top. The house was spotless, and came with pretty much everything we needed. Overall we highly recommend this place! A few comments we would like to add for whoever does the turn arounds/ cleaning. Toilet Paper - We did have to purchase toilet paper because there was none in the guest bathroom, and we did not see any in the house. Sheets - Master Bedroom sheets were stained and had traces of pet hair on them. Trash Bags - Purchased our own trash bags, because the ones provided were very thin and kept ripping.

Very Nice Home in Deltona

This is a very nice home in a very nice neighborhood!! The owners are always so quick to get back to us if we have a question or a problem. They don’t hesitate to do whatever needs done. And they do it immediately!!The pool is very nice but I don’t believe the pool person really does enough to clean the pool.The kitchen is wonderful!! Lots of room for hosting a dinner with the family. The lanai is spacious & has beautiful seating.The house has an alarm system & we really like that, as we have an alarm system at our home. Makes me feel extra safe!! Great location on the corner & has a circular driveway. This place is close to everything!!The only two things we are not happy with is the temperature of the house & you cannot control it. I understand why the owners chose to do this but it gets very warm at night. And sometimes very warm during the day as well.The cleanliness of the floors. I wore a pair of white socks & they were black at the end of the day. I think their cleaners may think the floors are clean by looking at them & so they don’t mop but every floor needs mopped!!!I would highly recommend this house!! It truly is a sweet spot in Deltona & we’ve stayed 2 years in a row because we love it so much!!

Hot like FL

We stayed about 10 days. The pool was the best part of the stay. The house has a pre set temp & is pretty warm throughout the day. I asked if the host would be willing to lower the thermostat a little while we were there, which I was willing to pay an extra 150 & was told no. They stated they kept the thermostat locked to keep the bill low and to protect their HVAC. I had to purchase extra fans to use while there otherwise it can be very uncomfortable. There is no circulation for the AC unless you're standing directly under the vent you can't tell the AC is on. If you plan on using the pool and being in and out of the house, Expect the house to be hot . I Wouldn't have been able to stay without the extra fans Also, I'm not sure if the blankets are cleaned on each stay. The master blankets Had a weird smell like old people. There was definitely no clean smell or laundry soap. You can tell that They weren't washed recently. There's a list of chores for you to do when it's time to check out & You're expected to take the trash out to the street and bring it back If you happen to stay on trash day. I probably wouldn't stay there again for the price I paid I expect to have clean sheets & not wake up sweating from the lack of AC.

A Rewarding Vacation Experience

I believe this is our fourth year of staying in this wonderful, spacious home near our daughter in Deltona. We love this house and all it offers. The owners are very nice and easy to communicate to.

Beautiful property, centrally located

A beautiful home with amazing pool and pool area. We loved the kitchen it had everything you need to make meals and is a chef setup! You can cook and catchup with your family and friends. Very spacious with lots of seating, I can’t say enough good things about this rental! Centrally located as well, we drove to NASA, the beach and Disney! We loved it and will stay again.

Gotta stay here

The house was very well equipped with everything we needed. The renovations are amazing. We had a minor problem with the deck but it was addressed right away by the owners. They are lovely people to rent from. This is our third time at their home. If you stay here, treat it like your own.

Comfort in Deltona

Pictures do not do justice - amazing!

This property was a big suprise, pictures do not do it justice, the pool is so large, master bedroom and bathroom are great. This is a really great property, every aspect of checking in and everything was smooth as butter, would love to go back!

Family visit

The house is beautiful with plenty of room and a great price, much better then any hotel. Great location and the pool and covered patio was a great added bonus. The owners had clear communications on checking in, checking out and responded quickly and professionally to any inquiries. We will be sure to rent this house again on our next visit to Florida.

Great place to call home

This was our home base as we shopped for a new house in the area. We could not have asked for more. The space is large and inviting, the pool gave us a place to relax and check out, and communication with the hosts was spectacular. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

What a fantastic property. The pictures don’t do it justice. The home, pool and neighborhood are all great. Central to a lot of attractions; Cape Canaveral, Orlando, Daytona. We had a fantastic time!

This is our second year staying in this Home. Yes, I said home, because the amenities and the comfort and cleanliness of this House makes you feel at home. You’re just a few minutes away from the beach a short drive to great shopping food and entertainment. Cannot wait to come back next year.
